Abstract: This work is devoted to the study of the impact of fluctuation parameters on forming random error of temperature measurements of environment. That is particular value for gas fire alarm sensors because it facilitates of increase of their data reliability. Random error is demonstrated to increase significantly under the decrease of sensitive element dimensions that, however, is demanded for reduction of sensor thermal inertia constant.
