Abstract: In order to acquire the data of the energy consumption and operation efficiency of progressive cavity pump wells, a new test system for node efficiency of progressive cavity pump based on wireless communication technology has been developed. The system is comprised of input device, wireless signal transmission device and output device. And it can test the node efficiency of progressive cavity pump very conveniently and accurately. The system has been tested in oilfield, and the results of tests were accurate and reliable. It can be widely promoted in testing for node efficiency of progressive cavity pump in the oilfields in future.
