Abstract: The synchronous control system is the essential part of the giant forging hydraulic press, its synchronous control performance will directly determine the quality of the product. In order to improve the synchronous control precision, based on the fuzzy system, according to the changing regularity of the eccentric load during the forging process and synchronous control system mathematical model, we will propose an improved fuzzy adaptive robust control strategy. The simulation results show that: the fuzzy adaptive robust control has better effectiveness and practicality.

Keywords: The giant forging hydraulic press, Synchronous control system, Fuzzy adaptive robust control.
