Application of AD698 Measuring Circuit in Valvistor Hydraulic Cartridge Valve

Abstract: To achieve the accurate measurement of the hydraulic valve opening position, the sensor measurement circuit was designed for two and three differential solenoid coil inductance displacement sensor. Some experiments were done to detect the static and dynamic performance. Comparing the static output characteristic of the two type of the sensor. The experimental results of the actual measurement of the designed circuit show that AD698 sensor measurement circuit has small nonlinear error, high repeatability, low hysteresis error and so. In valvistor hydraulic cartridge valve system, AD698 measurement circuit would be used to test the real-time dynamic detection. When the system pressure is the same, the size of valve opening influences the response speed of the sensor measuring circuit. The greater the pressure valve and the faster the dynamic response of the valve. Simultaneously detecting the relationship between main valve displacement and flow rate.
