Abstract: Contemporary trend of Cyber-Physical Systems evolution considers as promising line the metrology science development ability for estimation the quality of final or intermediate product. The reliability and perfection of smart and flexible operation of mentioned systems could be permanently improved if determination of critical characteristics would be performed correctly, and particular coordinated assessment would be non-correlatively fulfilled. Last is guaranteed at applying thermodynamic principles of coordinates’ choice.

Keywords: Cyber-physical system, Objective qualimetry, Thermodynamics, Virtual product quality measure, Uncertainty of qualimetric measurements results.
