Metrology of Temperature Transducer based on Raman Effect

Abstract: Errors and uncertainties of the temperature transducer constructed on the basis of the Raman Effect are estimated applying the analysis for metrological characteristic divergence. Moreover, a hybrid approach to the estimation of measurement results is developed.
