Hand-held Pistonphone Calibrates Acoustic Pressure Sensors

Depew, NY -Model 915AOI Hand-held Pistonphone Kit from the Pressure Division of PCB Piezotronics, Inc. provides field or laboratory calibration of high-sensitivity piezoelectric acoustic pressure sensors. Self-contained, battery-powered pistonphone generates stable and accurate sound pressure level reference of 134 dB (100 Pa) at 250 Hz.

Included barometric pressure gauge provides ambient, atmospheric pressure correction factor. Kit includes batteries and the required accessories and adaptors for calibrating PCB Series 103, 106, and 116 piezoelectric pressure sensors.
