Acoustic Calibration Coupler Allows for up to 8 Simultaneous Microphone Calibrations

January 10, 2006, Depew, NY, USA - The Vibration Division of PCB Piezotronics, Inc. (PCB) introduces new Model 079A31 8-channel calibration coupler to its acoustic test products line. Model 079A31 is designed for simultaneous calibration of up to 8 1/4" microphones, reducing set-up time for large channel microphone calibrations. The unit is designed to be used with a PCB CAL250 Handheld Calibrator (94 dB at 250 Hz), and comes standard with 18" tubes, with modification options for variant length requirements.
