Precon Announces National Instruments LabVIEW Driver for Humidity Sensor

MEMPHIS, Tennessee  Precon, announced the release of a LabVIEW Plug and Play instrument driver for the Precon HS-2000D Humidity Sensor, certified by National Instruments for use with the NI LabVIEW graphical development environment.  The new driver allows LabVIEW users to quickly and easily integrate the HS-2000D humidity and temperature sensor into their test, measurement and control applications.

The dime-size HS-2000D relative humidity and temperature sensor communicates over an RS-232 link via a four-pin connection with no external power required.  The sensor, which is temperature compensated and factory calibrated, is accurate to +/- 2%, exhibits unmatched chemical resistance, excellent stability from -30 to +100 C, and fast response time. The HS-2000D, is ideally suited for many test and measurement applications.
