Abstract: An extra high temperature ultrasonic thermometry is under consideration in the proposed work. The sensitive elements of thermometers based on nanostructured materials seem to be the most optimal patterns. Nanoscale processes especially in quasi binary tungsten systems could be responsible for the stability of a thermometer transfer function.
