Abstract: This paper reported the details of the fabrication of a disposable mercury film electrode for the determination of blood sugar. It possessed excellent voltammetric characters and could be applied in the indirect anodic stripping voltammetric determination of blood sugar. The linear range is from 5.00 to 200ppb, the regression coefficient is 0.9950, and the average recovery rate is 92.7%.
