Petronevich V. V. Organization Principles and Functional Abilities of “POTOK” Software Package for Aerodynamic Experiment Automation
Organization principles, functional abilities and applications of a multifunctional software package developed in TsAGI for automation of aerodynamic experiment in wind tunnels are presented. The package provides real time operation of measuring and control subsystems integrated in a local network, complete data procession and presentation. Application of a package on real objects increases information amount and cost efficiency of tests. Chumachenko E. K. Real Time Informational Interaction of “POTOK” Software Package Programs
Structure of interaction of programs that synchronously operate on several local network computers during the wind tunnel experiment is presented. It is shown that it is possible to realize the real-time process and its technological subprocesses fulfillment using the method of program interaction by control, input and output data only in the case of presence of executed programs and net nodes description on which launching is executed in the experiment database. In this case dependence of each program from the fact to which node it is connected and by what other programs data is formed and where from data is got, is eliminated. It is achieved by adding two service programs to the software package. One of the programs provides local and network data exchange and the other serves as a a message dispatcher between programs. Coupled hierarchical mathematical models of thermal processes and finite elements models of thermoelastic mode of deformation of harmonic solid-state inertial information sensors are constructed and explored. Analysis of external and internal temperature disturbances influence on sensor temperature fields was carried out, and a possibility of control of these fields was shown. Analysis of thermoelastic mode of deformation was carried out both for separate sensor's resonator and device as a whole. Quantitative estimates were obtained and recommendations for ensuring of effective sensor functioning were worked out. The paper describes novel digital autocalibration technique of pipelined ADC. It provides correction of capacitors mismatching errors, operational amplifiers gain errors and MOS switches charge injection errors. The estimation of correction coefficients for each of pipeline stages is provided by succeeding stages. The method is effective for correcting of channel's mismatching errors in multi-channel time interleaving ADC, because it requires no extra measurements. Calibration makes it possible to reduce capacitors of stages without their linearity degradation. It leads to reduction of ADC power dissipation.
