The UFDC-1M-16 is the fast version of UFDC-1 IC. References frequency - 16 MHz. Frequency range: 1 Hz - 7.5 MHz (120 MHz with prescaling) programmable accuracy 1-0.001 % conversion time: 0.00000625 ...0.00625 s. IC has the same functionality as the UFDC-1 IC.
