Abstract: The homeostasis of chloropromazine has tremendous effect on the inhibition of gram positive bacteria Acanthamoeba. The growth of this bacterium is responsible for urinary Tract Infection (UTI) particularly for the women all over the world. The present paper has focused on the status of this bacteria when chloropromazine is used as a biosensor, during the process of inhalation of Chloropromazine by the subject suffering from UTI. The inhalation of Chloropromazine produces olfactory cyclic nucleotides gate in its channels (CNG). The statistical analysis which is based on the Matlab (7.0) simulation of the output of the model in respect of the pH homeostasis of Acanthamoeba on growth and inhibition shows good correlation in statistical analysis with a regression model of pH homeostasis.
